The borderless bf3 does not work on my PC, Yes I did the administrator thing and still doesn’t detect my game

Just downloaded your tool, very nice. But I would think the “Function Automatically” check box would instantly set the game up in the borderless fashion, but it doesn’t I still have to hit the “Make Borderless” button.

Also another little bug I noticed, I have dual screens, when the game is running, it takes up a single screen as normal, but when I click out the “fullscreen” actually centers itself towards the bottom of my screens, like I have two more beneath them (I’ll take a screenshot if you need one) and yes, the “Centre Game on Screen” is unchecked.

“Install Dir” does exist in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Battlefield 3

With its value correctly set to the directory

However
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games

Does not exist

I’m sorry to hear that it’s not working for you. There should be no need to manually set the game directory, as BF3 Borderless automatically detects the game’s install path from the registry.

Are you sure you have the game installed correctly? For example, copying the game files over from a backup without installing properly through Origin might not set up the registry keys correctly.

If you are familiar with regedit.exe, could you check to see whether the value “Install Dir” exists and is set correctly in either the “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Battlefield 3″ or “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Battlefield 3″ location?

Another for being unable to detect even when run with admin.

We should also be able to manually set up the game directory.

How could you over look such basic functionality?

BF3 Borderless is not working for me as well. I installed 1.2 first, but did not work. Then I uninstalled and tried 1.1, but it still did not work.

When I say that it does not work, I mean that it cannot detect my Battlefield 3, if it is run in admin or non-admin mode.
